NoviHome, sales productivity software, just officially announced their partnership and integration with NterNow, an unattended model home showing solution.
The integration will help builders capture drive-by traffic with unattended showings, then capture new buyer information. The integration instantly creates or updates buyer contact information in both NoviHome and the builder’s CRM.
NterNow gives drive-buyers the convenience of unassisted home touring while keeping the property secure. Properties can be shown off even if sales centers are closed or agents are busy with other customers.
Buyers with the NterNow app show up to a model home and receive a pin or barcode that grants them access to the model home.
As soon as buyers enter the home they’ll receive a link to the builder’s NoviHome app. Buyers will have instant access to all marketing and informational material about the model home they’re touring, the surrounding community and more. NoviHome will collect data on which content the buyer has viewed, then pass it on to the sales team to help them gauge buyers’ level of interest.
The integration will instantly place new buyers into the pipeline by adding their contact information to NoviHome and to builder’s CRMs.
This partnership will bring a new level of convenience and automation to the sales process, while providing a better experience for buyers.
